Position:    AVP /DVP Compensation & Benefits

Reporting:   Vice President – Compensation & Benefits

Business Unit:   HR Operations and Compensation and PMS

Location:    Mumbai – Elphinstone

Criteria:   M.B.A from a premier B School with min 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Accountabilities:

  • Strong analytical with good communication & Interpersonal skills also able to manage various deliverables under tight deadlines. 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office especially Excel.

Major Responsibilities:

The incumbent will assist the Vice President – Compensation & Benefits in design and implementation of all compensation and rewards related policies of the bank and in particular the following:

  • Liaise with the HR Business Partners / Business Lines to assist them with all rewards related queries and trouble shooting.
  • Ensures effective maintenance of all rewards related databases
  • Assists the ‘Vice President – Compensation & Benefits’ in compensation planning, compensation budget setting and the year-end promotion, compensation process

communicates and implements policies pertaining to ESOP and other Benefit programs

  • Responsible for benchmarking, Facilitate design and communication of Reward value proposition and plan administration
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the current compensation practices through internal and external research of performance benchmarks and critical indicators such as turnover statistics, recruitment success studies, equity studies and salary range variance analyses
