Job Title : Field Service Engineer
Location : Based in Mumbai India.
Reporting to : Service Head (Functional reporting) – Germany & CEO (Administrative reporting)
Criteria :
- Educational Qualification
- Must be B.E in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Preferably have experience of CCTV installation / commissioning.
- Travelling Requirements
- Extensive travel worldwide (Approx. 75-80% of time).
- Travelling more to Asian countries like China, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Malesia etc. For product service & support
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in services of Maritime products.
- Should have experience of servicing in field of electrical engineering, ship operating engineering, Automation technology.
- Should possess knowledge of analysing errors / fault on devices & system on site.
- Experience in carrying out repairs & installation including the required Configuration / Parameterization.
- Should possess procedure knowledge of system handover to customer & inspecting authority.
- Successfully completed technical training / study with Focus in the fields of electrical engineering, ship operating engineering, Automation technology.
Job Details:
Installation, commissioning & service (pre & post sales) of electrical/electronic system at the customer worldwide.
Any other skills required
- Electromechanical knowledge
- PC & network knowledge
- Good English in spoken and written
- Secure handling of MS Office
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with sovereign
- Appearance, personal initiative and high customer orientation
