Client Profile: MNC Manufacturer

Position: Manager - Finance  

Reporting: Finance Head  

Base Location: Navi Mumbai  

Criteria:

  • CA with Minimum 4 (Four) years of post-qualification total experience.
  • IFRS working knowledge.
  • Should have worked in SAP environment.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.  

Job Responsibility:

To handle Financial accounting, reporting & other compliance. 

  • Responsible for assisting in preparation of financial statements as per IFRS & IND AS.
  • Preparation & analysis of monthly business performance.
  • Fixed Asset Accounting & monitoring CAPEX spend. Preparation of MIS reports including actuals v/s budgets review.
  • Reviewing Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting on a timely basis.
  • Prepare required templates to be submitted to Regional Office/Head Quarters.
  • Conducting tests for Internal Financial Control (IFC) framework and ensuring accurate submissions of test results.
  • Ensuring compliance to processes and overall accounting policies to secure satisfactory Internal Audit rating.
  • Ensuring monthly reconciliation of Goods & Service Tax and accounting thereof.
  • Inter Company invoicing and accounting/ reconciliation thereof.
  • Preparation of B/s Schedules on monthly basis including GL Scrutiny & Balance Sheet review.
  • Cash flow preparation incl. monitoring of forex gain/loss and determining hedging strategy.
  • Ensure Chart of Accounts mapping as per the Company group guidelines.
  • Monthly / Quarterly review of balance sheet & cash flows.
  • Drive process improvements & handle special management projects as required. 

Key KPI’s

  • Timely closing & submission of reports.
  • Accuracy of reports & dashboards submitted.
  • Effective handling of audits without any qualifications.
