Criteria:
Qualification-
- Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Communication, related field
- To perform this job successfully, the Delivery Order Processor must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Experience Required-
- 5 to 6 years related customer service experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing setting highly desired.
- SAP SD and MM module is must.
- Experience with logistics (warehousing and transportation).
- Experience with processing orders and invoicing.
- Communication skills are necessary.
- Decisive and efficient in dealing with customer problems or process issues.
- Able to work well in a team environment, communicate, mediate and solve problems with internal and external customers and within SCC functions.
- Handled a job of a delivery processor or export processor via ERP SAP
- Well organized and team-oriented
- Analytical Thinking
- Takes Initiatives
- Ability to prioritize work in alignment with the needs of the customer
- Ability to multi-task and approach situations with a practical and positive outlook
- Ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal team and external customers
- Process daily incoming mail

Job Description: -
The primary role of this position is to ensure a high level of customer service/satisfaction by processing and invoicing of sales orders. Position will also provide information, respond to requests, and help resolve billing issues with customer base and sales team. Will also serve as delivery processor in SAP, generates reports, prepares/processes invoices.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Enter customer orders daily along with other general data entry
- Ensures correct orders are delivered on time based on customer’s request
- Prepares and processes invoices upon order delivery daily
- Receives and processes miscellaneous requests from sales, customer service
- Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering assistance
- Fulfills customer sample requests and ensures sales team receives them
- Resolves billing problems by identifying the problem; assessing customer needs; explaining procedures; forwarding required adjustments
- Pulls paid invoices and scans as required
- Maintains vendor data including GST information
- Generates weekly reports: daily sales, open sales and inventory.
- Provides clerical support to Controller, Customer Services and Sales
- Greets customers/visitors, answers phone calls.
Detailed activity in SAP:
- Creating the delivery and therefore creating an outbound delivery
- Picking the delivery
- Canceling the “delivery picking”
- Loading the delivery
- Canceling the “delivery loading”
- Setting the status Leave Yard
- Adjusting the delivery quantity to the picked quantity
- Posting a goods movement
- Canceling a goods movement
- Creating items
- Liaising with warehouse and transporter for dispatching the physical material out of warehouse
- Co-ordination with Imports for customs clearance of replenishment orders.
- Good Receipt Processing
- Freight Management in SAP while creating deliveries
- Logistics bill check and submission to finance for payments
