This position is on 3rd Party Payroll on yearly renewable basis.
Designation: Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Location: Juinagar
Qualification : Any Graduate with Min 2 + years’ experience
Job Description
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training plan and budget.
- Vendor Management – Responsible for the entire process from Registration to Payment
- Liaise with training providers to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided.
- Coordinate for all logistic activities which are relevant for “in-house” training programs
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness
- Assist with all Learning & Development Initiatives
- Manage MIS and Feedback Analysis
- Coordination and logistics of talent events
