My internship experience:

Internship is a term which is defined as a refinery used turn a coal into a diamond, and this is where the difference between school/colleges vs the real world enters. Your knowledge is useless, unless you have tested it out practically and an internship provides you that platform to bring your knowledge into actual use. Besides you would not know the how to work in a real working environment under pressure, deadlines, teamwork and many more, so yes grabbing an internship for yourself is very important.

If this is just your start, I would highly suggest to get your first internship at PMCPL.

Every single soul at Pioneer Management can be defined by the quote given above and if you ask me, it is definitely not the easiest thing to do at first but the work culture at PMCPL pushes your limit and before you realise you will find yourself not only unconsciously abiding to that quote in no time building such personality that will allow you to survive in any environment.

That was just a bit of many technical terms, but when I say that PMCPL has one of the most nurturing, positive and healthy environments to grow in, I mean it with all my heart. Unlike any other corporate companies PMCPL’s treatment towards their employees is very understanding and supportive. To come to a point, it’s just basic human treatment which is heavily missing nowadays for employees and specially for interns. From the day I joined PMCPL I have just actively increased my skills and am hoping to learn more and more from the amazing team.
