Job Position : Travel & Admin Executive
Location : Vikhroli
Criteria : Any Graduate with min 4 to 5yrs of exp. Training in travel and tourism is a plus
Role Objective : To handle Travel desk independently and support in all Admin responsibilities
Primary Interactions:
External: Travel agencies, Suppliers, vendors, Hotels
Key Skills:
- Proven experience at corporate travel desk
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
- Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized and reliable
- An analytical mind with strong business acumen
- Customer-oriented approach
Job Description:
- Actively managing schedules, travel arrangements, Hotel accommodation booking, arranging Visa processing and issuing itineraries.
- Interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure good pricing of events and travel.
- Handle domestic and international queries and itineraries, including visa, customs, and baggage information.
- Design and create travel itineraries for customers per their needs.
- Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
- Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
- Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities, as and when required or in absence of admin executive
