Reporting to: QA Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
-
Raw Material and Finish Product Testing
-
Support in long term testing and analysis
-
Database collection for product first time right.
-
Continual improvement in product approval time
-
Extend support for Customer Complaints & Supplier issues
-
Involvement on New product development
-
Responsible to conduct Process, Product, Internal Audits
-
Responsible for customer statutory & regulatory declaration, IMDS, SOC, CMRT, etc
-
Data collection of Management information system like to implement / update existing control of quality
-
Timely review & update on PFD, PFMEA & CP all products
-
Responsible to review and update activities & documentation related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
-
Responsible person should prepare test report and publish within the organization
