- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering/Science with min 2 to 4 yrs of exp.

Primary Objective:
The Executive – Planning & Marketing Services will be responsible for commercial operations and inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring Raw material and finished good inventory based on the monthly sales forecast from the sales team and co-ordination with purchase and production for purchase/production plans, develop and set up order lead time concept.
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for commercial operations and inventory management. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring Raw material and finished good inventory based on the monthly sales forecast from the sales team and co-ordination with purchase and production for purchase/production plans, develop and set up order lead time concept. Marketing services job includes collection plans, credit and debit notes processing for material return/penal interest for delayed payment from customers and propose credit limits/terms to customers with feedback from sales team and setting up in system after required approvals.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Identify and control the credit to customers based on past payment history & feedback from sales team , seek approval for setting up credit limit, set the credit limit in SAP and feedback from sales team.
- Co-ordinate and carry out the Inventory Planning meeting and based on sales estimate work with purchase department for raw material purchase plan and with production department for production scheduling.
- Creation debit notes against penal interest for delayed payment from customer.
- Handle material return process and create credit notes for material return.
- Create monthly cash receivables plan and work with sales team to achieve the current to total % and DSO targets.
- Work out the sale estimate with the inputs from Sales Team.
- Develop and implement order lead time process.
- Control and plan the imported finished goods inventory, includes the finished goods purchase plan and advance purchase orders from customers for critical items though sales team before importing the goods.
- Analyze and set up, lead time for finished goods.
- Co-ordinate for air shipments for finished goods and raw material.
- Work with production and sales team to decide on product pricing for different pack size.
- Effective functioning of SAP – B1.
- Co-ordination for new product and customer code creation.
- Resolve critical ‘C’ form, old overdue receivables, in transit material damage issues.
