Position: Assistant Manager-Finance

Location: Bund Garden(Pune)

Reporting To: Head-Finance & Accounts

Criteria: MBA(Finance)/MCom with 7+ Years of Experience in Accounts and Finance.

Key Skills:

  • Computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete.

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.

  • Finding discrepancies in figures and numbers.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily requirements.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; proficient in Excel.

  • Ability to deal with auditors and complete audits on time.

  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation and overall troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to face TP assessment & GST audits by department.

  • Excellent knowledge of taxation and auditing

Appropriates:

  • Responsible for ensure accounting as per IGAAP / AS 

  • Directly responsible for analysis of general ledger

  • Ensure IKARUS audit of process related to accounting & Internal Financial Reporting

  • Direct responsible for GST compliance, payment and reconciliation

  • Periodic visits to Plant to ensure all the transactions & procedures are followed in compliance with GST regulations

  • Direct responsible for Statutory Audit / Tax Audit / TP Audit ( Preparation , Finalisation and timely Audit )

  • Directly responsible for asset accounting as per IFRS

  • Directly responsible for GST and Transfer pricing assessments

  • Leader for all audits 

  • Directly responsible for other compliance if any. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounting 

  • GST reconciliation & compliance ( Monthly , yearly assessment , GST recon , Purchase & Sales register and etc. )

  • Departmental GST audits

  • Statutory & Tax Audit ( Preparation , finalization and complete the audit timely ) 

  • Transfer Pricing compliance (Preparation & filing periodical returns & forms, TP documentation and TP assessments)

  • IFRS reporting – as per Group requirements 

  • Indirect cost analysis.

  • Fixed Assets Accounting & register as per IFRS 

  • Strong Internal Financial control system / IKARUS

  • Monthly provision activity & Management report. 

  • Tracking Actual cost Vs. Plan/Budget

  • Support to intra / inter department, 4 eye principle & system implementation. 

  • Other statutory compliance if any.
