Position: Global Process IT Analyst(Production)

Location: Adas, Gujarat

Reporting To: CPIM Production Manager

Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field with Min 4+ Years of experience (Manufacturing set up experience must). 

Professional Experience:

  • Deep knowledge in the respective business processes

  • Deep knowledge of integrated ERP system

  • Experience in project management tools and methods

Specific Knowledge: 

  • Good communication skills across different management levels

  • Good business relationship management

  • Project Opportunity Management

  • Deep Knowledge with SAP PP-WMS-ME modules

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the effective delivery of IT projects within the respective Company’s business function according to CPIM project portfolio management priorities and standards. The role is further responsible for effective and comprehensive delivery of application and process management support in Production Areas. In addition, the role drives business innovation and translates IT trends into process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effective management of project delivery (budget, sizing, sourcing) together with CPIM Production Team according to defined project  standards and following Company’s PMO principles.

  • Support GPNet users on a daily basis through a proactive approach, understanding of open requests and priority setting in order to increase the efficiency level inside the production flow.

  • Support GPNet users on PP, WMS, ME SAP modules through the usage of the Company's ticketing system.

  • Researches and evaluates innovation and implements with the business state-of-the-art solutions to achieve Company’s GPNet goals on operational and strategic level.

  • Coordinates and manages based on identified improvement opportunities project proposals for the GPNet functions.

  • Supports the development and implementation of project reporting and controlling.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Knowledge- and Opportunity-Management ensuring continuous business process improvements in selected functional process areas.

  • Maintains in partnership with the business responsible harmonized, integrated and customer-focused process and system-solutions which support Company’s strategic global and local business objectives and requirements.

  • Supports the definition of standards and implementation of methodologies for Company’s Application Management.

  • Identifies and drives/exploits opportunities for business process improvements to provide Company’s with competitive advantages for all Company’s companies.

  • Develops concepts to ensure process sustainability and endurance.

  • Provides business process consulting and improvement.

  • Support the creation of an appropriate documentation of selected functional process areas.
