Position: Senior Executive Customer Experience & PM
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting To: Customer Experience Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
Key Skills:
● Strong team player
● Dedicated towards achieving allotted tasks and jobs.
● Have an analytical mind and do analysis of data.
● Good inter personal communication skills in English (written and spoken), Hindi, Marathi (speaking) and any other local language.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS & PROTOCOL: LIAISONS: The position requires excellent working relationships and teamwork with all internal and external stakeholders.
Job Purpose: Will provide support to the Customer Experience, Operations and Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Connect with the customer(packer) for delivery of shipments.
● Share ageing reports with end users.
● Engage with the end user for faster collection of our assets by rigorous follow up by phone and email.
● Ensure OTIF is 100%.
● Share damage data and conduct damage reduction training.
● Log cost analysis and accrual
● Scan PPM analysis
● Quality PPM analysis
● Log cost savings analysis
● Ensure timely updation of systems.
● Any other job assigned by Management.
