Position: Quality Analyst
Locations: Navi Mumbai
Reporting: Quality Leader
Criteria: Any Graduate/Diploma with 2+ years of experience in Quality from manufacturing Plant.

Additional Skill Set
● Experience with Automotive Core Tools, The basic 7QC tools, 8D.
● Familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
● Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001/IATF).
● Strong data analysis and reporting skills (MS-Excel, Minitab/SPC tools, PowerBI).
● Excellent Communication Skills .
● Preferably 6 sigma Green belt
● Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Job Purpose: Responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality Department, including the analysis of in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and standards. Coordinating the implementation of quality systems and ensuring adherence to these systems. Additionally, the position requires hands-on experience in analysis, data interpretation, problem-solving, and close collaboration with Operations and CTSO to drive product improvement, process capability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor product testing and raw material (packaging) results, maintain a comprehensive database, perform statistical analysis, and collaborate with teams to drive data-based improvements.
● Lead investigations for internal NCRs (B-grade, scrap, and product complaints), conduct root-cause analysis, and determine effective corrective and preventive actions.
● Review existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
● Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including conducting internal quality audits.
● Collaborate closely with CTSO and Operations teams to drive improvements in product quality and process capability.
● Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify trends, and work with Production to ensure consistent in-spec material and stable processes.
● Regularly review quality data to identify emerging trends and partner with Production to mitigate risks that may cause products to drift toward specification limits.
● Perform data analysis and SPC calculations, including Cp/Cpk, GR&R, trend analysis, and identify non-conformities.
● Participate in root-cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive measures using structured problem-solving tools such as 5-Why and Fishbone Analysis.
