Position: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: SDAM (Directly), SE-KAM (Functionally)
Criteria:
- Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Good Understanding of AI tools.
Organizational Relationships & Protocol Reports To(Internal & External):
- Sales Co-ordinators
- KAM/DAM
- Ad/Marketing Agency
- Customers E-com
- Product/Brand Managers
- Account Department
Job Purpose: Will provide support for E-Commerce business by assisting to enhance visibility on online portal in terms of content, displays & stock availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Catalogue Uploads & updating of Content on various e-com Sites.
- Executing Digital marketing activities to increase sales on and off ecommerce channels.
- Continuous improvements in initiatives for driving e-com sales including A+ Content creation.
- Coordinating with the Digital Marketing team to run digital campaigns leading back to the E-commerce channel.
- Optimizing Ads Campaigns and spend on E-com platforms
Additional Responsibilities.
- Maintaining MIS – Assortment list of various sites, Content Master, Dimension Master, Marketing Spends
- Analyse monthly off-take from all channels in systematic manner
- Co-ordinating and Follow up with Ad agency for Photo & Video Shoot of assortment
- Co-ordinating for deliveries as per appointment with e-com whenever needed.
- Explore AI tools to give advantage in E-commerce operations
