Position: Sales Executive
Location: Cochin/Calicut/Ahmedabad
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Criteria: Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Sales of Pharma/ Dental Products (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Job Purpose:
Drive sales growth and market penetration of dental products in the assigned territory.,Build lasting customer relationships, engage with dental professionals, ensure timely collections, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Target Management:
●    Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
●    Monitor and manage performance metrics (target vs achievement, collection efficiency, conversion rates).
●    Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
●    Execute OPD campaigns with a goal of 60%+ conversion per sale.
●    Establish partnerships with dental colleges for product adoption.
Customer Engagement & Business Development :
●    Plan and execute customer visits as per assigned list.
●    Promote products through scientific communication.
●    Support brand-building activities (CDEs, hands-on workshops, field visits).
●    Drive customer retention and acquisition through relationship building.
Planning & Reporting :
●    Prepare and follow monthly field tour plans.
●    Submit weekly sales reports covering interactions, conversions, and progress.
●    Participate actively in weekly sales meetings to review and plan.
Team Collaboration & Capability Building:
●    Continuously update knowledge of products and market trends.
●    Contribute to a high-performance culture via quarterly reviews and feedback.
●    Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Inventory & Dealer Management:
●    Ensure optimal dealer inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
●    Conduct monthly reviews and share stock sales statements.
●    Train minimum 2 dealer representatives to improve product understanding and sales performance
