Position Title: Officer R&D
Location: Taloja
Reporting to: G.M- R&D
Criteria: B.Sc / M Sc Polymer Science or Chemistry with 2 to 4yrs of exp into New product and application development.
Desired Technical Skill Sets: New ideas on product development, should achieve the result as per competitor. Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, TPM & RC. Safe handling of chemicals and Instrumentation.
Soft Skills required: Creativity, Communication, Work Timeliness, Problem solving, Commitment, Teamwork.
Job Purpose:
Ø Carryout polymer synthesis for new product/ product modification; Conduct experiment, mainly for construction chemicals.
Ø Re-engineering of market product & develop the same with optimum costing.
Ø Making a good co-ordination between plant and R&D regarding production schedule for product testing at right time.
Ø Should have the knowledge of technical service to resolve the issue coming at customer front. This is occasional requirement based on GM- R&D need.
