Position: Tendering Head
Location: CBD Belapur
Criteria: Graduates with min 5 years exp. in Tendering from Infrastructure/Construction/Electrical Contractors Industry.
Responsibility:
- Tender identification through client portal/Client Websites/Newspapers and Articles regarding various upcoming project.
- Track the tenders on day to day basis.
- Visit Utilities (State Electricity Boards) and meet officials for upcoming and current project under various schemes and collecting overall information regarding new tender and upcoming project.
- Perform site survey (site feasibility Report) and other relevant information regarding target projects.
- Coordinates with BD Engineers & BD executives for Pre-tendering & Post-tendering.
Knowledge of Bank Guarantee process. Preparing Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft. - Coordination with account and finance team for financial documents require in tender.
- Overall tender documentation and submission (Manual or E-tendering).
- Ensure Effective dispatches and timely deliveries of documents & Licenses for tender submissions.
- Co-ordinate with IT Dept. for online tender submission.
- BD Liasioning activities and registration renewal activities of E-portal registration and Digital key registration including company registration certificates.
- Maintaining System records for audit and coordinating with system manager for the same.
Prepare due-diligence report and weekly report on project under tendering. - Prepare insurance policies of tools, plants and machinery and site insurance policies i.e contractor all risk policies and workmen compensation policies required in the projects and renovation for the same.
