Position:  HR Head

Location:  CBD Belapur

Criteria:

Any Graduate with min 12 years exp. in all HR Corporate functions. Must have working exp. at Managerial role.

Responsibility:

  • Building Human Resource aspects of analysis and acquisition, finance & management opportunities.
  • Projecting competitive aspects and location benefits on how the acquisition will affect the company and determining the financial impact.
  • Developing and executing the acquisitions strategy as well as ensuring the smooth process transition.
  • Participating in all major industry/trade conferences
  • Developing analytical support on Human Resources for management & stake holders keeping vision of the organization.
  • Developing and maintaining individual key strategic partner network for new business.
  • Identify and drive Key Performance Indicators for all business functions.
  • Serving as a role model for Team, providing trainings, handling escalations, making strategic plans for team in respect of their targets.
  • Liaison & escalation
  • Handling all activities of HR & Admin department.  
  • Payroll System- Leave Management, Attendance, Salary Structure, Salary Calculation, Salary Distribution
  • Government Compliance discuss with Consultant & Management for updates & resolve company issues.
  • Pre-recruitment process, Recruitment, Talent Hunt, contact with Recruitment Agency, Staffing, Salary Structure, Joining Formalities, Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Orientation, Job Training etc.
  • Opening & Closing Employee master, maintain all personal & status record, appraisal, increment, resignation, exit interview, exit formalities, full & final settlement.
  • Billing Management
