Position:  HR Manager

Location:  CBD Belapur

Criteria:

Any Graduate with min 8 years’ experience in HR Corporate Functions.                                                                                              

Responsibility:

  • Screening resumes, first level interviews, coordination with Project Heads for Technical interview, Negotiation with selected candidates for salary, role & position offered.
  • Issuing Appointment letters, Confirmation letters and other documents as necessary.
  • Joining Formalities: Document Collection for Personnel File, Induction of new joinees. 
  • Coordination with IT for Laptops/PC, peripherals, Email Addresses, Business Cards and office stationery.
  • Sending Appraisal Forms to Departments/HODs collecting the forms and consolidating the data for performance review and management action.
  • Monitor Time & Attendance, Absenteeism, Late comings.
  • Payroll processing for Corporate office and sites across India.
  • Review and Modification of policies pertaining to travel, reimbursement and grades and levels.
  • Arranging birthday celebrations every month.
  • Listening to employees, understanding their grievances and communicating and giving an amicable solution.
  • Maintaining and updating HR Dashboard and Joining/Exit reports for Payroll Inputs.
  • Updating Leave Balances, Probation.
  • Prepare Full & Final Settlements, issue no dues clearance forms, Relieving letters and Experience Certificates.
  • Site mobilization in coordination with respective Project Heads
  • Maintaining HR Dashboard
