Position: Process Safety Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria:
- Post graduate in Chemical Engineering or PhD in organic chemistry
- Thorough knowledge of process safety in relation to chemical reactions and kinetics
- International experience is preferred
- Working minimum 2 years in industry as a team member Profound experience with simulations, thermodynamics
- Intercultural understanding and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external project communication with regional and global stakeholders
Objective: To provide process safety support for Discovery & Scale up campaigns
Job Description:
- Running the process safety lab
- Performing Calorimetric experiments to qualify energy data. For example - DSC, ARSST, HF cal
- Familiar with thermodynamic & kinetic simulations related to reaction safety
- Familiar with Gaseous and high-pressure reactions from a process safety perspective
- Provide process safety support for discovery and scale-up campaigns
- Ensure transportation safety of chemical substances by adhering to internal guidelines
- Proper and adequate reporting to all stake holders
