Position: Senior Manager- HR
Location: Karjan(Gujrat)
Reporting to: Head HR (India)
Criteria: MBA in HR(Full time preferred) with min. 10 Years of experience
Responsibility:
- Managing the overall HR & Administration functions of company site in consultation with Corporate HR Head.
- Evolving systems, operating processes to bring HR and Organizational effectiveness.
- Proposing upgradation and modification in various HR policies, from time to time.
- Leading organizatioan HR team, guide and facilitate them for effective functioning
- Close partnership with BU head and corporate head for implementation of all new initiatives.
- Managing HR systems and processes, Administration, Compliances, Industrial Relations/ Employee relations, Grievances handling procedures and Organizational development initiatives being launched from time to time.
- Managing administration responsibilities during Performance Appraisals
- Managing Employee Engagement, and overall functioning of the HR department in organization.
- Sharing timely updates regarding the functioning of HR-organization with Head HR-India.
- Salary Details of employees.
- Handling Grievances and responsible for overall discipline among On Roll employees
- HR team development.
- Corporate Social Responsibilities: Meeting with local leaders and discussion, Requirement understanding and coordination with internal / external people, Execution of work.
