Position: Senior Manager- HR

Location: Karjan(Gujrat)

Reporting to: Head HR (India)

Criteria: MBA in HR(Full time preferred) with min. 10 Years of experience

 Responsibility 

  • Managing the overall HR & Administration functions of company site in consultation with Corporate HR Head.
  • Evolving systems, operating processes to bring HR and Organizational effectiveness.
  • Proposing upgradation and modification in various HR policies, from time to time.
  • Leading organizatioan HR team, guide and facilitate them for effective functioning
  • Close partnership with BU head and corporate head for implementation of all new initiatives.
  • Managing HR systems and processes, Administration, Compliances, Industrial Relations/ Employee relations, Grievances handling procedures and Organizational development initiatives being launched from time to time.
  • Managing administration responsibilities during Performance Appraisals
  • Managing Employee Engagement, and overall functioning of the HR department in organization.
  • Sharing timely updates regarding the functioning of HR-organization with Head HR-India.
  • Salary Details of employees.
  • Handling Grievances and responsible for overall discipline among On Roll employees
  • HR team development.
  • Corporate Social Responsibilities: Meeting with local leaders and discussion, Requirement understanding and coordination with internal / external people, Execution of work.
