Position:               Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing
Reporting to:        Sr. VP Marketing
Reportee:              1 - Assistant Manager- New Business Coordinator
Location:              Thane
Criteria:                 Bachelor Degree in engineering with At least 8 to 10 years’ work experience in Key Account Management

Role Analysis:

The Key account management is to build customer relationship and derive strategy for product/market keeping an eye on in-house competency and strategic purchasing strength and facilitate the customer requirement through plant and engineering group to reach business Goals in terms of revenue and profitable Growth, Brand image building is being achieved through exhibiting Company excellence Behaviour and core ideology.

Key Role:

  • Assist in developing long term product marketing strategy by aligning the business strategy with the Global marketing &communication strategy for the product.
  • Participate in feasibility Meeting and customer specific requirements are addressed correctly to Technical team ensure the PPAP are done on time.
  • Build good rapport and relation with existing customer and maintain market share and improve business by adding additional products / improve the share by exhibiting Company excellence behaviour, focus on business growth YOY.
  • Develop system and procedures for sales management, monitor the progress and review the results.
  • Train the next level management to perform in line with the set Goals.
  • Periodic review of the subordinates and timely feedback.                  
  • Periodic review of set MRP and achieve set goals, initiate action to bridge gap.                                             
  • Review sales expense budget and periodic review to check the adherence.                                                                       
  • Improve cash flow by collecting receivables on time.                                  
  • Periodic review of customer accounts to reach set EBit target, arrive actions to reach the goal.
