Department : Commercial. Sales
Reports to : AGM Sales
Location : Baroda / Ahmedabad
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree In Engineering / Chemical Engg preferred Post graduate degree in business management with Mini 5+years in handling Institutional sales, relationship management, brand management. Job involves traveling. (>80%)
Job Purpose:- Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the marketing (sub-function) operation. Regularly leads important regional initiatives. Has accountability for the functions.
Span of Control
- Supervisory responsibility- Responsibility for Sales & Business Development
- Sales for Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan
- Degree of Independence- Can make most decisions within the department’s mandate
- Financial responsibility- Supervisor needs to be consulted only on important strategic issues that could impact the company’s reputation, revenue & profitability

Job Description: -
- Strategizing the annual sales plans for the company
- Distributor relationship building and support-Build healthy relationships with key distributors to be able to influence their behavior
- Ensure proper and timely dissemination of information
- Facilitate long & short term sales strategic planning
- Ensure sales growth by constantly monitoring and improving existing products and facilitating launch of new products
- Brand building initiatives
- Manage marketing initiatives and promos etc
- Key account management in the institutional sales category
