Position : Personal Assistance cum Admin

Location : Mahape - Navi Mumbai

Criteria : Female Graduate with 3 to 5 yrs exp in mid-scale industry . Must have good knowledge of office correspondence, calendar management, travel management . 

Will Be Responsible For :  Secretarial and Admin Support Profile like -

  • Calendar Management- Plan and schedule meetings, Appointments and Conference calls.
  • Travel Management – Booking International flight ticket, Vehicle & Hotel Booking.
  • Business Correspondence - Drafting Letters and replying to emails.
  • Sending Business Proposals and Followup with Customer on same.
  • Independently handling routine business affairs, coordinating with cross functional teams/Site.
  • Maintaining Contact Directory / Visiting Cards Scan.
  • Responsible for Guest Hospitality.
