Position : Personal Assistance cum Admin
Location : Mahape - Navi Mumbai
Criteria : Female Graduate with 3 to 5 yrs exp in mid-scale industry . Must have good knowledge of office correspondence, calendar management, travel management .
Will Be Responsible For : Secretarial and Admin Support Profile like -
- Calendar Management- Plan and schedule meetings, Appointments and Conference calls.
- Travel Management – Booking International flight ticket, Vehicle & Hotel Booking.
- Business Correspondence - Drafting Letters and replying to emails.
- Sending Business Proposals and Followup with Customer on same.
- Independently handling routine business affairs, coordinating with cross functional teams/Site.
- Maintaining Contact Directory / Visiting Cards Scan.
- Responsible for Guest Hospitality.
