Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Juinagar
What are we looking from You?
Education: MBA in business administration, human resources or relevant field preferred
Working Experience: 0-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
Knowledge: Working knowledge of ATS such as Taleo , Proficient in the use of social media, LinkedIn and job boards
Competencies:
- Well-organized, planned& process oriented
- Ability to analyze and present data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to address problems and challenges with suitable solutions
- Influencing candidates and stakeholders using company EVP
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships
- Consistently deliver results
Your Deliverables:
- Sourcing of talent from Job board, Social Media, Company Career portal, along with managing employee references.
- Participate and support in University hiring needs of the organization
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate & hiring manager experience
- Ensure that positions are filled as per business requirement and agreed KPIs/SLAs
- Candidate management on Taleo ATS
- Maintaining Recruitment data for analytics and ensuring optimal cost per hire
- Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of new hires
