Position: Logistics Operation Assistant
Location: Juinagar
Criteria: Bachelor degree or above in logistics, supply chain or related discipline with 2+ years working experience in logistics or supply chain, SAP operation preferred.
Other Skills: Well-versed with excel, word and PowerPoint.
Your Deliverables:
- Ensuring defined KPI’s are fully met. (Placement, Delivery, SPR, POD, Bill Payment, Detention, Non-Conformance Management, etc.)
- Plan and execute transportation Inbound & Outbound surface transportation fully adhered to the company requirements / procedures / processes / instructions.
- To ensure complete safety in all transportation operations.
- MIS reporting.
- Solve the problems in daily operation and coordinate internally with other departments in the company and externally with customer and LSP to provide good service to internal/external customer.
- Insurance claim for transportation damages and losses as per policy.
