Criteria :- Graduate / (CA- Inter Preferred) with 10+ years of Experience
Reporting To : - Business Head

Other Skill:
Computer Skills: MS-Office (Advanced Excel).
Experience in using Accounting Software.
Manage Legal Communications & Compliances.
Experience in Team coordination, Effective Delegation and Training.
Job Description:
TAX PLANNING FOR THE GROUP:
Profit Forecasting and compliance of Advance tax payments.
Tax Planning Suggestions & Savings.
Filing of Individual Returns.
Filing of Group Co. Balance Sheets
Report to CEO from time to time with the latest taxation laws
TAX SAVING INVESTMENTS:
Exploring Investment avenues and suggesting suitable investment options- including tax saving Investments.
GST PAYMENTS & RETURN FILING:
Monthly GST Payments and Return Filingof Group Cos. & Branches.
Reconciliation of ITC claimed with the Portal.
Dealing with other GST queries from buyers and Group branches.
TDS DEDUCTIONS /PAYMENTS & RETURN FILING:
Appropriate TDS deductions and Monthly payment compliances and Return filing.
PT PAYMENTS & RETURN FILING:
Monthly payment compliances and Return filing.
INCOME TAX/GST AUDIT & SCRUTINY
Submission of Documents to the CA or Tax Authorities as needed.
FUND FLOW MANAGEMENT& FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Preparation of MIS reports, Budgets, Monitoring Fund flow &Weekly outward Payments.
Monitoring Customer KYC Updates &Ageing Analysis.
Forex remittances.
