Job Position :  HR and Admin Executive

Location       :  Navi Mumbai

Reporting to  : Global Human Resources Manager (Talent Acquisition & Talent Management) In Singapore And Dotted Line Reporting To Finance 

Criteria         

Candidate with any Graduation,Must Possess a Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 Years of Experience Working As HR Generalist 

Job Profile:

This Position Will Be Responsible For All HR Activities In India And Reports Directly To Global Human Resources Manager (Talent Acquisition & Talent Management) In Singapore And Dotted Line Reporting To Finance 

Job Description:

HR Responsibilities

  • Perform Full Cycle Of Employee On-boarding Process Which Includes Sharing Of Offer Letter, Performing Background Verification, Requisite Approvals And Appointments, Creation Of New Employee Profile In The System And Setting Up Various Accounts For New Employee.
  • Conduct Initial Orientation To Newly Hired Employees
  • Perform Off-boarding Process For Employees Leaving The Company Which Includes Preparation Of Necessary Documentation.
  • Support Mid And Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise
  • Assist In Payroll Preparation By Providing Relevant Information And Data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, Etc) Perform Payroll Processing For Contract Employees
  • Perform Insurance Claim Such As Medical, Accident, WMC For Employees
  • Maintenance Of Manual Data For Contract Employees
  • Maintain Accurate HR Database And Up-To-Date Employee Records
  • Ensure Full Compliance With The Local Statutory Requirements
  • To Assist Global HR Manager In Singapore Whenever Required
  • Any Other Ad-Hoc Duties And Project Related To Human Resources

Admin Responsibilities

  • Management And Maintenance Of Office Equipment, Office Supplies, Stationary Procurement, And Building And Facilities Issues
  • Purchase Of Assets Including Allocation, Physical Track, And Trace
  • Coordinate And Liaising With Vendors For Repair And Maintenance
  • Support Administrative And Ad Hoc Tasks When Needed
