 Position: Area Sales Manager

Reporting to: Business Director / Business Consultant

Locations: Hyderabad / Delhi

Criteria: Graduate with 10 years’ exp or an MBA with 5 years exp of handling multiple territories in the cold beverages industry having sound experience in General Trade, experience into Modern Trade is desirable.

Good spoken & written English communication

Other Requirements:

  • Should have good networking ability. Ability to Appoint Distributors
  • Must help in setting up the sales team
  • Ability to lead and drive team of SO and Sales Man
  • Must be target oriented
  • Anyone who has launched a brand successfully will be desired. 
  • Knowledge of MS office (especially excel sheet is must)
  • Should be willing to travel extensively

 Job Description:

  • Building Relationships with Key Personnel in-charge of management of our categories
  • Implementation of the offers on time 
  • Understanding of our category and aggressive positioning of our brands to maximise share within the outlet of National chain
  • Implementation of the right merchandising and visibility techniques
  • Implementation of MT Customer activation for Regional and Local Chains
  • Set sales goals by chains/outlets
  • Devise the Right Marketing Support Programs
  • Implement the Promotion and Field Marketing modules
  • Ensure timely settlement of all promotional expenses at the Customers end
  • Maintain comprehensive and current understanding of competition
  • Responsible for outstanding and collection of dues from all stores that are covered.
