Position:- Executive/Engineer- Technical Service
Location :- Bihar/Lucknow /Tirupati
Reporting to :- Cluster Sales Head
Criteria :- Diploma / Civil Engineer with 3+ years of Experience in Building Materials/Construction Chemicals/Flooring segment sales/ admixture product/concrete mix
Main Task:-
- Closely connect with site team, QC Team, execution team.
- Understand technical requirement of establish admixture product/concrete mix design as per requirement of client.
- Follow& monitor customer by providing technical support at time of execution and handle customer complain.
- Promote new product technology with developers. Establish relationship with consultant/third party laboratories.
- Establish concrete trials at project sites
- Attend to customer complaints on admixture performance at site
- Coordination with sales / customer service / specification engineer
- Assistance in product promotion, product trials, etc.
- Supervise and train applicators on CS products at job sites.
- Understand mix design in coordination with Quality Control Engineer at customer site.
- Conduct trials as per mix design provided and performing trials keeping quality and cost parameters.
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
- Consistently and continuously exhibit safe behaviour at driving, project sites, offices and for self and others
