Position: Telle caller (Domestic)
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Criteria : Graduate with 1 to 2 years of work experience in IT Industry with sales coordinator/telecalling profile .
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
Will be responsible For:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company's services.
- Accurately recording details and processing all customer purchases.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company.
- Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
