Position: Technical Application Engineer
Location: Banglore
Criteria: B.Sc(Computer Science/Engineering) with 5 +Years of Experience in Programming & Machine Vision Industry
Other Technical Skill: Basic understanding of cameras and hands on working with cameras.
(C, C#, LabView would be preferable)
Job Responsibilities-
Demonstration, Training and Support for Matrix Vision cameras.
1. Selection of suitable camera hardware depending on application including lens and lighting
2. Software support for Integration of cameras with customer application.
3. Working with R&D team for development of new camera features and custom hardware design (If required)
4. Creating and managing support tickets till completion
5. Onsite and online support to customers
6. Conduct feasibility studies for customer and provide proposals for suggested solutions.
7. Follow global TAS standard and processes (system, reporting, escalation) – Support Process
8. Executing of all dedicated TAS related activities (Presales & Aftersales Activities)
9. Interacting and exchange with global TAS group to improve knowledge.
10. Technical Sales Training for new entries on all technical level.
11. Customer Roadshows and Inhouse fairs with technical live demonstrations.
12. Support & Technical Project Coordination and execution for all Sales Divisions in India related to Vision.
