Job Position: Logistic Executive(Customer Interaction & Documentation)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to : Assistant Manager Logistric

Criteria : Graduate with 2+ years of experience in logistics management & documentation from similar type of industry on experience of systems like ERP/SAP module.
Job Purpose: Would be responsible for Directly interacting with the customer for getting all required documentation for dispatch of goods in time,quality and quantity.

  • No errors/variance in documentation.
  • Zero variance in documentation.
  • Timely Updation of new development about documentation as per GST.
  • Zero variance in monthly stock verification
  • Zero documentation errors.
  • Customer dis-satisfaction
  • On time documentation
  • No major customer non-compliance
  • No NC or major consequences from statutory authorities.
  • No of Truck dispatched every day.
  • Truck Turnaround time
  • No. of accident.
  • No. of Near Miss

Accountabilities:

  • Invoicing and documentation: -Ensure timely documentation of material billed as per customer/legal requirement.
  • Customer interaction: -Ensure proper coordination with customers to have proper documentation received in time to meet customer expectation in time
  • Material availability & Dispatch-To ensure timely availability of material as per customer schedule.
  • Safety-Ensure high level of safety in warehouse operation.

Major Activities:

  • Timely Updation of statutory data to adhere the system.
  • Monitoring of activities as per statutory work sheet updated.
  • Timely Updation of documentation required as per each n every states of India.
  • Preparation of E-waybills along with IRN through system
  • Timely issue of documentation request to customer to ensure timely receipt of the required papers.
  • Preparation of proper documentation to avoid zero errors at Road side/border entry.
  • Co-ordination and follow up with customers/sales persons to get required documents in time.
  • Preparation of accurate LR as per details provided.
  • Communication with Transport agencies, documentation verification& checking & ensure timely delivery as per the customer requirement.
  • Ensure dispatch schedule as per requirement.
  • Ensure statutory compliance activities in relation to local & export logistic.
  • Good manpower handling knowledge to ensure assigned work completion in timeSafety first.
  • All operation to be carried out with high level of safety within the area of operation.
  • Ensure all PPE to be use by employee and Contract peoples.
  • Ensure every day 5 minutes meeting with all contract people before shift starts (tool box meeting) to give awareness about safety.
