Position: Manager – Marketing Support

Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria: Candidates with Bachelor’s degree and MBA (Mktg) with min 5 years of professional experience in Marketing Support role.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting skills, proficiency in interpretation and analysis of financial reports. Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication skills, team player.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERPs

Objective:

  • To provide Marketing support to the BU by managing and coordinating for activities like Market intelligence and Product Management
  • To support strategy implementation and planning related activities
  • To manage analysis and business reporting (Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly)

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for complete Market intelligence that includes Automotive industry (OEM Wise Share, Performance, Forecast), Competitor mapping (Market Share, Future Prospects, Performance) and New Business Development activities (News- Digital, Print Etc., Information from Sales teams. Opportunity for Company from New Model Launches)
  • Actively involved in planning the Strategy for the Business unit e.g., Operational Planning, Long Term BU planning
  • Analysis & Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly) – Performance Vs Budget, Remaining Targets with respect Value, Volume, cCM1, Market Vs EC. Layer wise analysis, NBD Activity status etc.
  • Profitability Analysis – Monthly analysis of Low Profitable products and make actions to improve profitability
  • Responsible for Product Management which includes documentation for new products, RFQ submission and tracking performance of new products.
  • To overall co-ordinate for Audit – Customer and IATF Standard. This also includes monitoring documentation for Audit.
  • Co-ordination with KAM, SCM, CRM and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of sales plan, Maintain data for DIV/DSO.
  • Contribute to development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication, Related to order management, e.g. product availability, prices, order status, and delivery tracking.
  • Support sales team activities by performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Regional reporting as per requirements of region.
  • Regularly provide reports to supervisor regarding customer profiles, business opportunities, market research, sales data, analyses on product consumption / performance, logistics services, problem areas and solutions, as required by regional marketing etc.
  • Maintain, update and provide internal databases (e.g. data on customers, pricing, contracts, development requests and NCM). Participate in audits (e.g. customer audits, TS, ISO)
