Position: IR Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria: Any Graduate /MBA/PG Diploma/ MSW(HR) with 3 to 7 years of plant HR experience.
Objective: Will be responsible to liaison with workers union, handle compliance related work & Government Bodies
Responsibilities :
1. Co-ordinating / liasoning with Union
2. Preparing and handling all factory related compliance. PF / ESIC / factory licensing
3. Visiting the PF /ESIC office
4. Handling any grievance related to workers
5. Maintaining accident registers and handling critical issues
6. Handling payroll related issue
7. Annual renewal of fire extinguisher
