Position : Manager- Treasury
Location : Navi Mumbai
Reporting to : Treasury Head
Criteria : Graduate preferably in Finance with 2+ years work experience in handling finance, trade and cashflow Back office functions
Soft Skills : Analytical and problem-solving skills, planning, negotiation and multitasking
Technical skills :
- Very good knowledge of Ms-Office
- working knowledge of SAP and willingness to adapt on other company specific tools.
- Basic Knowledge of treasury function (Cash flow, corporate payments etc.)
- Experience in coordinating with different stakeholder across different regions
Job Profile:- Responsible for back office operations of Global treasury operated of Europe
Responsibilities
-
- Preparation of month end valuations for global entities.
- Maintain bank account details of client entities.
- Keeping track of daily FX transaction approvals and daily EMIR / DTCC reporting.
- Maintain Hedge accounting details of client entities
- Monthly Quarterly and Year end reporting
- Responsible to handle Treasury operational deliveries (Payments).
- Payment processing through fund transfer orders (manual) and SAP system.
- Manage and resolve payment related investigations, such as amendments, recalls and cancellations.
- Work with banks to resolve pending cases and investigations
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Prepare and distribute Treasury management reports
- Prepare, update and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work towards improving efficiency & control of existing processes
