Job Position: Customer Service Executive.
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Reporting to : Country Manager
Criteria : Graduate (Preferable with Engineering Background) with 3 + years of Experience
Knowledge of ERP/SAP or any other software (MUST have worked on Any ERP Software)
Major Activities:
- Preparing of Quotations / Proforma Invoices / Sales invoices on timely basis
- Acknowledge customer order in a timely manner
- Preparation of customer quotes & processing orders
- Input orders on our ERP system.
- Update customers of changes in delivery schedules/lead times
- Action customer returns
- Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
- Prompt reply to telephone calls & emails
- Deal with Customer complaints
- Monitoring of stock levels
- Support to sales team
