Job Position: Customer Service Executive.

Location:  Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Reporting to : Country Manager

Criteria  : Graduate  (Preferable with Engineering Background) with 3 + years of Experience
Knowledge of ERP/SAP or any other software (MUST have worked on Any ERP Software)

Major Activities:

  • Preparing of Quotations / Proforma Invoices / Sales invoices on timely basis
  • Acknowledge customer order in a timely manner
  • Preparation of customer quotes & processing orders
  • Input orders on our ERP system.
  • Update customers of changes in delivery schedules/lead times
  • Action customer returns
  • Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Prompt reply to telephone calls & emails
  • Deal with Customer complaints
  • Monitoring of stock levels
  • Support to sales team
