Position: Sr Sales Engineer - Elevator
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Reporting to: HOD - Elevators
Criteria: Candidates with Mechanical Engineer/MBA Marketing, with Min 4-5 years’ field experience from Elevator industry or sound experience of dealing with Elevator segment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Market
- Actively involved in setting SMART objective in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
- Responsible for market analysis using the S-T-P Approach that is Market Segmentation, Targeting & Product Positioning. Explore ways to enter into a new market by analyzing economic, political and technological factors.
- Sound Information for own market share and growth patterns.
- Evaluate the direct & indirect competitors by analyzing their market shares and products.
- Keep yourself updated and well aware on all upcoming & future projects for your sector locally & internationally.
Customers
- Update and maintain Customer Database-KYC (Active/Inactive/dormant/new customer).
- Build a strong relationship with key person of all upcoming & future projects.
- Prepare the Technical Presentation of the company as introduction to customers & to educate them on product specification & its application w.r.t. to industry.
- Mapping of Customers’ Asset to Products, in order to maintain sectors, for effective & efficient services.
- Responsible for customers Due Diligence & Credibility.
- Provide Technical Support & After Sales Services.
Internal Process
- Understand and master the knowledge of entire Product Range w.r.t. its specification & application to the industry and keep upto date with the latest technology of the products.
- Establishes and Evaluates Selling Prices with the management by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Completely understand the Order Processing Cycle as per company set standard.
- To monitor the live enquiries to ensure all enquirer action are completed in a timely & professional manner and escalated to HOD, when required.
- Timely Execution of order and Payment Collection.
- Take corrective action for lost inquiries.
Sales Target
- Sales Target (sector wise) will be provided to you based on Volume & Value, on yearly basis by your HOD
- Must be accountable & responsible for your assigned sector’s set target & business development.
- Identify new strategies for Trend Analysis, Sales Forecasting and prepare sales & marketing plan to be approved by HOD.
Leadership
- You shall be responsible to Develop Your Own Team and working as a Business Partner/Strategic Business Unit for your particular sector.
- Responsible for the performance of your own team with regards to their attendance, task completion, initiatives, sales target allocation, achievement, performance evaluation etc.
Reporting
- Provide feedback and constant update to the Top Management at regular intervals.
Providing Daily Progress Report to your HOD and participate in Internal Review Meeting with technical presentation.
Salary - Earnings: - Subjective to the years of experience (which includes - Basic + HRA + Telephone Allowance)
Eligible for:
- Sales Incentive – As per company scheme
- Medical insurance cover – As per company policy
- Car –Company leased vehicle after training
- There is no Provision for Accommodation as HRA is included in the monthly Salary.
Annual leave & Tickets for same - Company will provide as per UAE norms
Pls Note: This Position does not have Family Status.
