Position:  Plant HR Executive

Location:  Mumbai

Reporting to: Plant HR Leader

Criteria

  • MLS, MSW, with 3-5 years exp as plant HR role. Must have experience on
  • Plant Statutory Compliances
  • Min Wages Act – Labour Law
  • Excellent Knowledge of - PF, ESIC, taxes,    Gratuity, Bonus
  • Employee Engagement
  • Social Audit compliance 

Job Responsibility

  • End to End Recruitment, Selection , Onboard, Induction, Orientation Program
  • Implementations of policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources
  • Administer HR policies, processes and systems pertaining to all employees in the assigned factory
  • Handling monthly payroll, Attendance and yearly forms for employees.
  • Timekeeping, Leave Management, and payroll administration
  • Will be responsible for entire HR-PLANT Statutory Compliances, Wage Act, Employee Relationship, Employee Engagement
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus.
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
  • Support the team in conducting Meeting and Trainings at Plant level.
  • Help maintain cordial employee relations through on shopfloor grievance handling and administration of points  
  • Enhance and support HRM interventions at plant
  • Administer / Design / execute end to end training programmes pertaining to the unit
  • Employee benefits program, R&R and Employee Engagement Activity
  • Should have Social Audit compliance experience or any other compliance audit experience.

Administration

  • Plant administration & Factory Compliances
  • Handling Administration activities like Housekeeping, Transportation, Security and Canteen.
  • Electricity, Water, Telephone & Internet services and Billing Management
  • Employee facility, Uniform, Safety shoes, Safety equipment, Plant Assets, Printing & Stationary, Housekeeping Material Management
  • AMC& plant related service contract Management
  • Safety and Insurance Management
  • Dealing with external authorities, consultants, local government/ non-government authorities, police stations etc
