Position: Asst Manager Corporate HR
Location: Mumbai
Criteria
- MBA/Diploma In HR with 3-5 years exp as HR Generalist .
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

Job Responsibility
- End to End Recruitment, Selection , Onboard, Induction, Orientation Program - Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Implementations of policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources
- Administer HR policies, processes and systems pertaining to all employees
- Prepare& Maintain HRIS various reports
- Handling monthly payroll, Attendance and yearly forms for employees.
- Timekeeping, Leave Management, and payroll administration
- Will be responsible for entire HR Statutory Compliances, Wage Act, Employee Relationship, Employee Engagement
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus.
- Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
- Enhance and support HRM interventions as and when required
- Employee benefits program, R&R and Employee Engagement Activity - Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Should have Social Audit compliance experience or any other compliance audit experience.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
HR -Administration
- Handling Administration activities like Housekeeping, Transportation, Security and Canteen.
- Electricity, Water, Telephone & Internet services and Billing Management
- Employee facility, Safety equipment, Assets, Printing & Stationary, Housekeeping Material Management
- AMC & Capex Service contract Management
- Safety and Insurance Management
- Dealing with external authorities, consultants, local government/ non-government authorities, police stations etc
