Position: Deputy Manager - Analytics
Location: Mangalore
Reporting: Managing Team of 8-10 associates engaged in Coatings Analytics
Criteria:
- B.E., B. Tech in Chemical Engineering/Paint Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry 10-15 Years of experience in managing Testing Services for automotive coatings, knowledgeable in analytical chemistry and equipment management
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Global Automotive R&D lab operations, Good Lab and EHS practices

Role & Responsibilities
Analytics
1. Short term and long term durability Testing like Accelerated weathering, Corrosion Testing, Thermal Cycle Tests etc.
2. Expertise in managing Testing Services for automotive coatings, knowledgeable in analytical chemistry and equipment management
3. Product Validation as per different OEM Test Protocols, On Time, On Cost and On Quality
4. Ensuring very good upkeepment of all the Test equipments
5. Detailed analytical investigations using high end analytical techniques
6. Implementing effective EHS practices
7. Managing global collaborations
8. Drive Operation Excellence
Utilities and Facility - Managing facility and utilities for Coatings Technology Center
1. DI Water Plants
2. Compressed Air supply
3. HVAC
4. Management of Change and Permits to Work
Shipping and Receiving - Managing Shipping and Receiving at CTC for DG and panels
