Position: Assistant – HR

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Sr. Manager – HR      

Criteria: Graduate/MBA/PGDM with 1 + years In HR

Other Skill

  • Should have grievance handling exposure in manufacturing firm, passionate about new learning, easily adaptable
  • Computer savy/ Excellent communication skill/Manufacturing exp.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manpower Planning with HOD's and Director's
  • Conduct HR round of interview, when required
  • Ensure timely closure of all open positions
  • Handle Salary Negotiations, when required
  • Ensure timely issuance of Offer Letter

Employee Life – Cycle

  • Responsible for pre-joining formalities
  • Preparing offers and undertake salary negotiation
  • Manage the complete joining formalities and documentation
  • Readiness for new joinees workstation allocation etc.
  • Conduct Induction for New Joinees
  • Maintain regular contact with new joinees for smooth transition
  • Hiresharp Assesment
  • Buddy process
  • Track probation confirmations, retainership renewal and due retirements
  • Assist with Exit formalities

Training and Development

  • To collect training needs
  • Prepare training Calendar
  • Co-ordination and arrangement for trainings
  • Monthly training follow up with all department
  • Maintain hard and soft copy of the training records

Employee database and personal files

  • To audit completeness of employee personal documents annually
  • To collect current information of employee annually and update the changes in the employees database
  • To update employees personal files
  • To maintain the updated employee personal records in the employee database on monthly basis

MIS Report

  • Recruitment tracker
  • Interview Tracker
  • Buddy process tracker
  • Employee contact list
  • Employee bond data
  • Hiresharp tracker
