About Our Client : is a Singapore-based new-age agri-tech company with operations in SE Asia and Africa. We provides a full-stack solution to smallholder farmers, businesses and agripreneurs across the entire agriculture value chain – from Seed to Sale, and everything in-between!
Through seed-to-sale digitization, we provides advisory and actionable insights to farmers, and connects buyers and sellers across continents. The platform drives environmentally sustainable farming, improvement in yields and income for farmers. Our interventions result in reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHGs) and generation of carbon credits for smallholder farmers.
Our platform provides open and transparent product/price discovery for
participants. We always put farmers first and focus on improving their livelihood and quality of life.

Position : Product Manager
Location : India/Vietnam
Qualifications and Skillsets
- 3+ years’ experience of product management in a large ecommerce marketplace organization
- Prior experience in the AgriTech domain and/or SEAsia markets is highly preferrable
- 2+ years’ experience in BI and Analytics tools such as Kibana/Tableau/Google Studio is a must
- 2+ years experience on UX wireframing tools, feature prioritization tools, User Journey tools and Jira is a must
- Proficiency in user experience design including usability and interaction design is a must
- Proven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications/design documents and wireframes, with
- an excellent track record of developing and launching online products
- Candidate needs to be very hands-on and keen eye for detail, with the ability to present business and technical
- issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
- Must have experience in a Scrum based Agile development processes
- Excellent communication skills. Candidates must speak, read and write English well.
- Strategic thinking and Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Own the product roadmap and establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Create functional and UI specifications/design documents, business cases and wireframes, conduct reviews with requestor groups and development teams
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define, track, analyse and improve key product metrics that inform the success of products
- Provide recommendations based on in-depth data analysis and clearly outline its impact on key product metrics
- Manage team comprising of analysts, platform operators, Customer Success team, UX team and others.
Pl note : This profile also involves occasional travel to African countries.
