Through seed-to-sale digitization, we provide advisory and actionable insights to farmers, and connect buyers and sellers across continents.
The platform drives environmentally sustainable farming, improvement in yields and income for farmers.
Our interventions result in reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHGs) and generation of carbon credits for smallholder farmers.
Our platform provides open and transparent product/price discovery for participants. We always put farmers first and focus on improving their livelihood and quality of life.

Position : UI/UX Designer
Location : India/Vietnam
Qualifications and Skillsets
- 3+ years of developing UX for ecommerce web applications
- Proven work experience and portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Must have experience in a Scrum based Agile development processes
- Excellent communication skills. Candidates must speak, read and write English well.
- Degree in Design or Engineering or a related field
- Strategic thinking and Problem-solving aptitude Offer
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for iOS, Android and Website
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
Pl note : This profile also involves occasional travel to African countries.
