Job Position : Customer Service Executive.
Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Reporting to : Country Head
Criteria : Graduate with 3 + years of Experience in Customer Service.
Job Purpose:
This position has the responsibility to provide customer service support to the customers assigned in the region, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensure all Sales Orders are timely and accurately uploaded in the system and executed by Operations on a timely basis.
Major Activities:

Preparing of Quotations / Proforma Invoices / Sales invoices on timely basis

Acknowledge customer order in a timely manner

Preparation of customer quotes& processing orders
-
maintaining and updating customer records in system

Timely Updation of documentation required as per
-
Update customers of changes in delivery schedules/lead times
-
Co-ordination and follow up with customers/salespeople to get required documents in time.

Ensure that the shipments move smoothly & all the queries
-
Will be responsible for Import & Export documentation.

Co-ordination with the overseas agent for shipments in-case of nominations.

Ensure statutory compliance activities in relation to local & export logistics.

Timely issue of documentation request to customer to ensure timely receipt of the required papers

Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met

Deal with Customer complaints
