(Please Note:- This position is on 3rd Party Payroll yearly Renewable contract)
Position: Accounts Payable Associate
Location: Navi Mumbai
Criteria: B.com/ M.com/ Inter CA with 5+ Years’ experience in Accounts Payable.Working knowledge of SAP is preferred
Your Deliverables:
Main tasks:
- Withholding tax
- Knowledge of Tax deducted at Source/ withholding tax is a must
- Downloading reports from SAP for WHT and preparing the same in returns format
- Basis each month reports, computing amount to be paid for WHT
- Payment of WHT on monthly basis
- Preparation of data for TDS returns every quarter
- Liaison with consultant on TDS rectifications if any
- Change of master data basis details from consultants
- Overview of work done by consultant on WHT
- Resolving queries if any for WHT received from business/ vendors
- Co-ordinate with Shared Service Center
Coordinate with shared service center for smooth and timely invoice processing- Support various stakeholders for timely information on invoices overdue
- Analysis of GRIR, open advances
- Resolve open bank recon open items related to payable
- To establish and liaise with BSSC for proper controls to ensure correctness of payments and invoice booking
- Ensure Company P2P processes are followed for country India
- Import Payment and FEMA compliances
- Co-ordinate with local banks for import payment execution
- Execute local payments if any
- Check and approve local payment run file
- Payment run
- Knowledge of process to make foreign payment and documentation required as per bank and RBI compliances
- Knowledge of making local domestic payments (RTGS & NEFT payments)
- Support AP finance team with other analysis and work if required
