Position: Head -Accounts and Finance
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Managing Director
Criteria :
• BCOM/MCOM/ CA - Inter /MBA,CA with min 10+ yrs. of exp. from mid-size company in Accounting & Finance Functions, Payable & Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, MIS Reporting, Audit and Taxation Compliance.
• Must have worked at Management Level grade. Team Management
Responsibilities :
• Maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms & Finalization of the Accounts.
• Management Information Report on financial position of the company
• Working Capital Management, Cash Flow, Fund Management
• Fund Management & Budgetary Control - Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for term loans,
• L/C’s, bank guarantees, raising fund and non-fund based facilities to finance capacity expansion projects.
• Receivable / Payable Management
• Auditing & Taxation - Internal & External Statutory Audits.
• Handling the internal audit of the companies including setting up of internal audit systems as well as monitoring of the implementation of the systems.
• Statutory Tax Compliance Direct and Indirect.
• Taking care of statutory payments of EPFO/ESIC/PT/Service Tax/TDS/GST & Income tax
