About Client: Manufacturing of Chemical

Position : Dy Manager / Manager (Research and Technology)
Location : Dahej
Reporting : R & D Head and Manufacturing Head
Criteria: B.Tech/BE (Chemical Engineering)/ M.Tech (Chemical Engineering or PhD (Specialization in Process Engineering Design /Distillation will be preferred) with 2+ Years of Experience in Process Development.
Technical Skills:
- Chemical Process Modeling
- Thermodynamics and Kinetics
- Process Engineering Design
- Mass Transfer (Distillation) and heat transfer Calculations
- Fluid dynamics
- Knowledge of Autocad (for P&ID and equipment drawing) will be preferred
Other Skills:
- To have a flare for creativity and attitude with a practical approach.
- To have interest in developing pilot plant and be able to take up Lab scale development.
Job Profile:
- To develop New Process and Technology for a new chemical product / petrochemical derivates.
- To be capable enough to identify right process.
- To prepare a detailed report to describe Process and Technology.
- To be able to design Equipment required for Reaction, Heat Transfer and Mass Transfer (Distillation) especially multicomponent distillation expertise
- To be capable enough for preparing suitable P&ID of different stages of Reaction, process and operation.
- To do Reaction Kinetics calculation
