Position: Manager 

Location: Noida 

Reporting to:  Head- Maeketing

Criteria: Any B. Tech or Bachelors in Arch. with 7 years of experience in Architectural Field.

Job Responsibility

1.  Drive project Specification for Architectural Products by Technical Consultation with Specifiers.
   1. Establishing company as Solution provider for Glass Technical queries for external and internal customers
   2. Provide End to End technical solution -Facilitate early specifications
   3. Well verse with 3D Building models software’s (ex- Revit, Sketch Up, 3DS Max, AutoCAD etc.) to complete a comprehensive analysis for project
   4. Knowledge of Building codes and regulations like ECBC, NBC, GRIHA, LEED and IGBC rating system
2. Develop Company as preferred Go to company and partner with Key accounts and Specifiers for Technical and Product requirement.
   1. Design content, reports for Client Presentations and drive Specifications
   2. Drive project presentation to customers with technical discussion and fielding queries at site.
   3. Travel extensively across India to meet customers and provide solutions at site.
3. Enhance Serviceability of the Company for internal and external customers
   1. Ensure efficient utilization of the company’s resources
   2. Constant focus on resource optimization (Manpower, Time, Software’s, Hardware’s etc.)
   3. Empower team to become independent advisors for the regions
   4. Improve TAT and serviceability by proper tracking and review
   5. Responsible for technical and product trainings
4. Innovate to strengthen company’s offerings
   1. Continuously explore innovative tools which support and improve project analysis work.
   2. Participate in Technical discussions for building codes and standards
   3. Carry out research activities and build case studies for right glass selection and new applications.
   4. Continuously learning and seek knowledge for latest changes in Technology and Codes.

People and Team Management

• Interact closely with regional, sales, operations, customers, plant and functional leaders to ensure customer requirements are being met.
• Experience of handling team.
• Provide the necessary leadership and direction to team
• Resolve customer complaints/issues (internal and external); using them as an opportunity to understand the true root cause and develop a plan to resolve the root cause.
