Job Position: Executive Operations.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Assistant Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with at least 3+ years of experience in Custom Documentation, Import and Export Documentation
OTHER SKILLS:
• Sound knowledge related to Import and Export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
• Dedicated, meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work under time pressure.
INTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires good communication and teamwork with the Operations team.
EXTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires excellent working relationships with stakeholders such as CHA, FTWZ team, Transporters, Depot LSP team, and internal Operations / CX / Sales & Finance team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Self-Verification of invoice & packing list with import Bill of entries (within 180 days from Import date & Company containers declaration under 104/94)
• Communication with CHA / Transporters and consignees for effective collection and service delivery.
• Checking of re-export documents and sharing the same with CHA for filing shipping bill.
• Sending of re-export Post shipment documents to Shipper / Consignee.
• Effective communication with HQ team for issues related to shipping line or forwarder.
• System Updation.
• Reports and MIS
• Bills verification of LSP
